Join our team as a HR/Safety Coordinator where you’ll work with our clients across various industries as a safety advisor while also providing admin support to our internal Next Level Strategies team. Bring your skills to a dynamic role and make a meaningful impact with a collaborative and supportive team!

Work Type: Part Time (20-30hr week), Monday-Friday. Flexible schedule between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST daily, morning availability is required.

Location: Fully Remote (CA-based candidate preferred, or a candidate with direct and recent experience advising CA based companies with OSHA compliance.)

Compensation: $45-$60 per hour Non-Exempt *DOE*

You'll manage projects from start to finish, collaborate with teams, advise clients on safety requirements and assist our Human Resources consultants with administrative support. To be successful in this role, here is a little about you…

· A keen eye for detail and organization is one of your many superpowers

· OSHA 30 Certified (nice to have)

· Ability to prioritize workload

· You are a phenomenal written and verbal communicator

· 2-3 years minimum of recent work experience and knowledge of workplace safety and health program requirements including IIPP, WVPP and HIPP, and various OSHA reporting requirements

· Experience providing guidance on OSHA, safety, and compliance standards and best practices.

· You take a proactive approach and are hyper aware of your responsibility to client commitments

· Demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence, understanding the importance of accuracy and timeliness

· You’re proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

· You thoroughly enjoy problem solving and demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and confidence while doing so

· Experience working with a small team of decision-makers, with a focus on collaboration and openness

· You proactively stay up to date on the latest OSHA changing requirements so that you can keep clients informed and in compliance, you have direct experience being involved on an internal safety community, safety filed experience is in your wheel house

A typical day at NLS can look like, responding to safety questions, zoom calls with clients to gather company specific information to help you customize safety or other HR related templates based on their specifications, conducting trainings for our internal staff, independent focus time to complete deliverables.
